TMNT 3 Review

This has to be one of the worst movies i've ever even seen. Lets take the first to movies, which where okay, shove them into a meat locker, and FUCK THEM TO ALL HELL. Nothing is funny, nothing makes sense, and the costumes are terrible. The effects budget was probably less than the Power Rangers show. 2/10.
